We strive to make the conference as accessible as possible to all attendees. There is a small conference team who can provide general assistance (but not medical or personal care).
All group events (welcome address, keynotes, and synthesis sessions) will have ASL interpretation.
Information can be provided in alternative formats. Other access requests can be considered and attendees are encouraged to make their needs known as soon as possible. All requests must be emailed to dsconference@college.ucla.edu by February 15, 2017.
Luskin Conference Center is ADA Accessible including ADA hotel rooms which are available on a first come, first-served basis.
We encourage participants to make this a fragrance-free event. However, the Conference Center is not scent-free for those with sensitivities.
